The owner is Tom Banks of Jefferson Station.
The sculptor is Jim Davidson. He has a series of 10 or 12 children sculptures reminiscent of the one in WJ.
At the time it was purchased, this was one of his largest. At one time the sculptor lived in Oregon. Mr. Banks thinks that he now lives in Canada. Information on Jim is scarce and contradictory.
