Kempenfelt Kelly has been documented many times throughout history, most notably in 1952, 1962, a large sonar report in 1983 and a video tape in 1991. The description of Kempenfelt Kelly is gray/green 10-12 feet long with a stove pipe neck and a dog like face. The most compelling evidence to date is the video taken in 1991 while a hydroplane racer was preparing for a future race taking place on the lake. One racers boat broke down and was forced to make repairs while out on the water. The drive opened the hatch of his boat and a creature rose vertically in front of him, after a few moments of panic by people on the shore the creature sank back into the lake.
