According to the following Cincinnati CityBeat(Aug. 2, 2001)magazine article, there were once 3 Toynbee Tiles in downtown Cincy.

I spent this afternoon checking out all 3 intersections. I could only verify that the one at 6th & Walnut is still there. The others may have gotten paved over or perhaps they are under the snow melt.
