This mural was the first of the full-sized murals in Palatka. It depicts a few of the birds which are native to Putnam County. The building owners liked it so much, they have now asked to expand the mural to fill the length of the wall...three more panels. You may expect to see the updated version sometime in the near future. The mural depicts just some of the natural wildlife that can be found around our many lakes and along the St John's River.
