This Six sided building is on Tara Hills Drive, Go across San Pablo Ave toward the bay, keep going straight and under the train crossing, (about 1/4 mile from San Pablo Ave) you will end up at the MonTara Bay parking lot, go toward your left to the far end of the lot. You will see MonTara Bay Community Center on your right. I have driven to the center it is always closed, will keep checking!
