This historic bridge crosses the mighty Genessee River in Caneadea, NY. The bridge was destroyed in 1902 by a flood. The wooden bridge was replaced with a steel bridge with wood decking. In 1952 the wood deck was replaced with the iron grate deck. The bridge was closed in 1993 and after restoration it was reopened in 2007.
