Wickham Park is closed during the winter, except for the Santa Workshop but they let everyone use this hill.
There are two sledding runs here.
The coordinates are for the top of the long run. From the top to the bottom it is about 700 feet long and has a 150 foot drop. Nothing too extreme, but the top is a bit steeper than the bottom.
The second run, is closer to Burnside Avenue. Its about 250 feet long with a 50 foot drop in elevation. A nice easy grade for small children and grandmothers. (N 41 47.075 W 072 34.847)
Best parking is on Vernon St., N 41 47.054 W072 35.021
If Vernon Street is full, you can drop everyone off and park at this parking lot. (N 41 47.010 W072 35.113).
I do not recommend parking at Marco Polo's parking.
