The Conklin Mountain House is located in the historic district of Olean, NY. The Conklin House was built by William C. and Dewitt Conklin who were influential in the early days of Cattaraugus County. Dewitt, son of William was the junior partner of the Conklin Wagon Works in Olean. The Conklin house is now privately owned and unfortunately in need of repairs and paint.
