Arnside Knott is a limestone hill and a popular walking place through oak woodland with squirrels. A flat topped wildlife haven, with a highpoint of only 522 feet (159m).

It has been designated an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', with many wild flowers and unique habitats. There are superb views over Morecambe Bay.

Park either on one of the surrounding roads or on the Promenade in Arnside or at designated parking areas on the slopes of knott.
