The Parkway was a single screen theater that opened in 1947. (Previously, it was located in the building next door.) It was remodeled and converted into a two-screen theater in 1978. The marquee, with the large neon lights spelling out the name of the theater and the yellow tile, give the place a classic 50's feeling from the outside. The Parkway is independently owned and shows current and recent popular films.
