St. Stanislaus was founded in 1873 to meet the needs of the emigrating Polish people to the area. It features a 1893 Johnson & Son Pipe Organ.
Here is some of the important dates of this parish:
1874 St. Stanislaus School is opened.
1881 Felician Sisters were brought to St. Stanislaus.
1883 The present lower church was completed and opened for services.
1886 The upper church level was completed
1889 St. Stanislaus Cemetery was opened
1893 Johnson Pipe Organ installed.
1908 The steeples and bells were installed.
1930 Additional stained glass windows were added.
1954 Renovation of Johnson Pipe Organ.
1998 St. Stanislaus Parish celebrated its 125th Anniversary.
2004-2007 Extensive restoration/renovation of all parish facilities.
