This fallout shelter is located at the rear of the Emporium Post Office. The Post Office's address is 11 West 4th. Street. The above coordinates will take you to the front corner of the Post Office.
The sign has arrows directing visitors to the rear of the Post Office where they will find another sign pointing down a flight of stairs towards the basement of the building and the fallout shelter.
