A simple cross on a stepped base in the grounds of the parish church. A long brass plaque records "These men of Levens gave their lives for King and Country 1914-1918". Three names are listed on an extra section for the '39-'45 conflict.

Levens church is a lovely place at the top of the Kent estuary overlooking the Lyth valley. A lytch gate leads into the churchyard and the war memorial is by the nearest corner of the church. 17 names are listed, plus three from the Second World War.
