Very unique and interesting old style Electric Transformer Mailbox. My friend lives nearby, and I pass this mailbox all the time. My friend tells me the gentleman is a retired electric company worker, and the mailbox has been there many years. Believed to have been made by the homeowner, it features a real old electric transformer. Note it is also mounted to a real piece of a telephone/power pole.
