Located within the Hakone Open-Air Museum. This 18 meter high tower is enclosed by stained glass patterns and images. The tower was produced by Nobutaka Shikanai, with sculptured glass by Gabriel Loire, and reliefs by Atsushi Imoto.

The Hakone Open-Air Museum can be reached by train from JR Odawara Station by the scenic Hakone Tozan Railway to Chokuku-no-Mori Station (2 minute walk) or by the Hakone Tozan Bus from JR Odawara Station to Gora-Iriguchi stop (5 minute walk).
