This benchmark was placed when this now ghost town of Atsion was already beginning to decline due to economic reasons. The benchmark is located along the east side of Rt. 206. While Atsion is mostly gone, this benchmark still remains.

The coordinates are right on the mark. Park at the ranger station. This benchmark is best approached by walking along the field, past a geocache called "Pooped Out". After you find that cache, walk another 100 feet or so and look down. You can't miss it. Do not approach from the road!!!
