This building now houses the Denver Firefighters Museum, but the Civil Defense Fallout Shelter sign is still prominently mounted on the front of the building. The capacity is not listed (sticker is long gone). I was unable to find any historical document stating the capacity. I find it odd that a fire station would be a fallout shelter since, presumably, fire fighters would be called to duty during and after a disaster.

Capacity of shelter: 100

Radiation monitoring equipment: Not Listed
