It is made of 3,185 individual pieces of glass. In pure " art nouveau " style, the headlight glass features a floral pattern,
filtering natural daylight through an elegant harmony of color to light up the restaurant area on the 6th floor of Printemps de la Mode.
Dismantled in 1939 because of risks of bombing, the original stained glass was rescued from oblivion and reinstated in 1973. Brière's own grandson restored the cupola following the original plans kept in the family workshop.
