State - Route 1 section:
The red-brick ROCHEPORT COMMUNITY HALL, in the northeastern
portion of the town, built as the Rocheport Baptist Church in 1860,
was recently restored and presented to the community by C.Q.
Chandler of Wichita, Kansas, a former Rocheport resident.
The building continues to serve as the Community Hall for the
town and is well maintained.
