In front of the Masonic Temple in downtown Warsaw, New York, there lies a large boulder with a plaque attatched to its front. The plaque states:
"Warsaw's First House
Near this site Elizur Webster erected the first dwelling in Warsaw in the Summer of 1803.
Boulder placed in 1946 by Village of Warsaw, Town of Warsaw."
