The Azimuth Mark is located 0.2 mile E of the post office in New Germantown, in the top of the E end of a small box culvert along the S side of PA Route 274.
It is a standard disk set flush in the top of the culvert, 15 feet S of the centerline of the highway and stamped BOWERS 1941.
