The Town Hall is easily found on a major junction on the main street of Kendal. Listen to the bells chime the hour. The TIC is the right hand entrance and clearly labeled.
They offer a wide range of information about the local area, inc. maps, guides, brochures, leaflets, videos, bus timetables and much more. They can also book accommodation for you, if required, or provide lists of local B&Bs, hotels and campsites.
They also sell various souvenirs to do with the Lake District, inc. the world famous Kendal Mint Cake.
Kendal TIC is run by South Lakeland District Council.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.
Closed Sunday.
