Roque de los Muchachos is the highest point on La Palma aka Isla Bonita. From here you have a magnificent view over Caldera de Taburiente and if the weather is good you can see Ruta de Volcanos in the horizons.

It is recommended to walk out on the tip in the caldera from where you have the caldera almost all around you. And also to walk to Pico Fuente Nueva right next to the observatorio. It's not possible to buy anything on the top, so bring water and food if you want to spend some time on top of La Palma.
