Long Description:
The Shawnee, Kansas flag is a white flag that has the City Seal in
blue in the middle. The seal has the words "City of Shawnee" and
the founding date of 1856. The sun illuminates a state symbol of
Wheat on the left hand side while an oxen team procedes down the
Santa Fe Trail, which Shawnee is on.
