The Nature Coast refers to a nine-county region along the Big Bend area of the western coast of Florida. The nine counties are: Citrus, Dixie, Hernando, Jefferson, Pasco, Levy, Taylor, and Wakulla counties. The city of Williston is located in Levy County. According to Wikipedia, the Williston population was 2,297 at the 2000 census. The 2004 U.S. Census Bureau population estimate was 2,467.
