This tiny park is located in downtown Delevan, New York at the intersection of Route 16 and Grove Street. This park contains a clock, veteran memorial monument, a gazebo and a park bench. In the summer months musical groups will play in the gazebo.

At the base of the clock, there is a plaque that indicates how this park got its name:
