Long Description:
These falls in downtown Elyria once were home to a small power station. The remains of the power station are visible in the lower right-hand corner of the photo. Just above the falls in the photo is a small dam constructed for use by the power station. Access to the falls is gained through a park entrance on a drive next to the police station. There is parking for about a dozen cars. The park is a popular local destination for wedding photos and can be quite busy on Saturdays.
