Quick Description: Ft. Lauderdale beach stretches for seven miles. Two miles are guarded with life guards. This is our favorite part because it doesn't have many buildings close by.

Long Description:
Ft. Lauderdale is a beautiful white sandy beach. The waves are real nice, not too big, not too small. The beaches are nice all year.

Along the road is metered pay parking. At the south end of the beach is a big lot with paid parking. All along the beach are life guard booths, and showers. The large lot at the SOuth end of the beach has handicap accessability.

Some things I noticed:

NO Toilets
NO changing booths

The sign lists No Pets, Alchol or glass containers or Vendors

I'm thinking they expect tourists to change at their hotels.
