A monument and sign designating the geographical center of North Dakota lie in a city park on the south side of Hwy 200 in McClusky. The actual geographical center of North Dakota is located approximately 5 miles south west of the town. Coordinates listed are for the monument and park. The ACTUAL geographic center is at the coordinates 47°24.7'N 100°34.1'W according to geography.about.com (I have not personally verified these coordinates and I assume they are in the middle of someone's wheat field ;).
