This graceful statue is located within the Barbara A Hallman Memorial Plaza, next to the library in Royal Oak. The nude figures in this sculpture have caused quite a controversy in Fredrick's hometown of Royal Oak.

A 40-foot contemporary sculpture crafted by the late Marshall Fredericks was completed in June of 1997, at age 89. These figures were originally proposed by Fredricks for the Cleveland memorial fountain.
