This is "The" place that every Lexington NC Style BBQ Restaurant, would compare themselves with. Locally known as "The Honey Monk" this place is of iconic status, not just locally, or statewide, but nationwide, or dare we say world wide. You can smell the "Real" old school Pit Cooked Barbecue for over a mile around. I had to take the picture on a day they were closed, because you would only see the top of the roof, with all the cars, work trucks, etc. during business hours.
