Just a plain ol' slab of rock (granite, perhaps?) made into a table that sits alongside a water collector/fountain on the 1st Avenue sidewalk.

The words 'WATER' and 'TABLE' are clearly visible on the glossy surface of this table, and the word 'WATER' is actually formed by many small holes in the table -- possibly another form of water collector.

You can see the reflection of a nearby highrise building in the tabletop.
