Long Description:
This piece is entitled 'Howdy Folks' and is on an island on
Washington Street in Golden, CO. The piece is of a 1860-70s man
with a child on his shoulders shouting with glee. The artist is
Jeff Rudolph and the piece was placed on July 13, 2000. I really
like the joy conveyed in the young boy and the pride in the man's
face. This is one of the first pieces you see when you enter
Golden.
