This appears to be an M60 Patton Tank.
It look like the M60 picture posted in Frankenmuth that has this description:
The United States M60 Patton was produced by the Chrysler Corportation beginning in 1959 and was first placed in service in 1961. The M60, operated by a four-man crew, was fitted with a 105mm M68 main gun, a 7.62mm M73 coaxial machine gun and 12.7mm M85 machine gun. The M60 could reach a maximum speed of 30 miles per hour with a range of 350 miles.
