This is a nice neighborhood park on Whidbey Island -- a fenced area with chairs and lots of room to run and play. I did see one person with several off-leash dogs enter from the surrounding wooded area and wondered if that was part of the park. There were actually four other vehicles parked there on this gloomy after Thanksgiving morning, so the park evidently is well used.
