This shelter is in the former 8th Precinct of the Detroit Police Department. This building is now boarded up. This building has one sign in good condition with it's capacity numbers missing. it's funny how the sign in on the front near grand river, but the stairs to the basement are on the side of the building that faces McNichlos.
I will add more information on this shelter when it becomes available
