"At approximately 9:15 P.M., Deputy Sherriff Clark M. Rosenbalm, a four year veteran of law enforcement, while on patrol duty, came upon two vehicles parked at this location. After an apparent struggle, Rosenbalm was shot and killed by one of the suspects. The actor was subsequently given the death penalty for this crime."
This monument is located on the side of a minor municipal road and has a small parking spot (big enough for one car). It borders the back fence of a residential private home site. However, the small street can become quite busy during rush hour time of the day making it a little difficult to get in/out.
