Long Description:I've visited this rest stop a million times but I've never noticed
this sign before.
It's either new or I am more aware of my surroundings since I
began Waymarking.
I give this waymark a 4.5 because the sign is in great condition
and the location is very convenient. It looses 1/2 point because
there aren't any flowers at the base of the sign.
