Danish Windmill - Minot, North Dakota - Windmills on Waymarking.com

This small windmill was built by Carl Olson in Powers Lake, North Dakota in 1928. The mill was used to supply water and grind wheat for the family. The family donated to the park in the 1960's.

The rock and concrete base were constructed by Scandinavian Heritage Association volunteers.
