Ralph Moore, a native Visalian, is considered the 'Father of Minature Roses' and has hybridized over 300 varieties. This garden was dedicated in 2004 and is tended by the Tulare-Kings County UC Master Gardeners.

This is a lovely spot to sit and reflect, pay tribute to our war veterans, or learn a little history about Italian Architecture. On the curve on Main Street as you enter downtown from the southwest.
