Upstream is a standard brewpub. The menu is fairly standard, and generally, so is the beer. Not bad beer, just unremarkable. EXCEPT... If you like raspberry wheat, check theirs out!!! This is quality stuff, especially if unfiltered. They seem to go back and forth on that. Sometimes it is filtered and sometimes not. The unfiltered is better. It is pinkish in color, so don't freak. It is really the best of the style I have ever had. I love the stuff and it is one of my all time favorite brews. But if you don't like fruit beer, then the others are fine, but nothing special for me. Of the others, I recommend the pale ale.
The menu has the standard stuff, but also throws in some unique items. I like the raspberry chicken, which goes nicely with the beer. Prices are normal to a bit high.
The downtown location has a nice area of pool tables upstairs.
