This Boat Ramp is a nice public boat ramp located at the end of Pico Road off of US Highway 17 in East Palatka, Florida.
Lately the water has been high in the river and so the ramp is prone to flood, but launching is still possible here. There are 2 docks - one or both are sufficent for fishing. The ramp is paved concrete.
There is no access fees and there are no posted hours of operation. The parking area will hold approx. 20 vehicles or more. There are no other facilities other than a lone picnic table.
