Ephriam M. Baynard House - U.S. National Register of Historic Places on Waymarking.com

The Ephriam M. Baynard House, built in 1894, is a two-story wood frame residence exhibiting characteristics of the Folk Victorian style. The building is now owned and operated by the City of Auburndale as a house museum and has been restored to its original design. The Baynard House is a good example of the gable front and wing subtype of residence that was common in the southern states during the late nineteenth century.

The site is now a museum, but there were no posted hours and it wa not open on the Saturday afternoon we were there.
