I've seen this caboose from the highway many times over the past 30 years, but never knew until now that it was actually converted into a cabin. I always thought it was simply a caboose displayed just off the highway. When I stopped for photos and coordinates, I realized it's actual use. There appears to be a large addition to the rear which also carries the old Scenic station sign. The only funny part is that the caboose carries an NP (Northern Pacific) emblem while the railroad was originally the Great Northern Line. The NP crossed the Cascade mountains over 30 miles to the south.
Current Use: Cabin
Type Of Caboose: Cupola, "Standard"
