After a short but steep hike up to the top of Steamboat Rock you will see a wide open view of Banks Lake and the surrounding landscape.
Start at Steamboat Rock State Park and follow the trail from the park up to the top of Steamboat Rock. Be careful in this area - it's a long way down and there aren't any guardrails.
