Long Description:
The Burroughs Co. Lower River Warehouse was built circa 1880. The warehouse was built directly on the rivers edge and was used as terminal for the Waccamaw Line of Steamers operated by Burroughs and Collins.

The building has been converted to a meeting/reception facility.
