This benchmark is located in front of the Beach Ball Water Tower and Next to Hallandale Beach Fire and Rescue. It is in the sidewalk. There is also a line of shrubbery lining one side of the sidewalk. The coordinates are deadly accurate as I confirmed them on Google Earth.
