City Hall was built in 1915 and contains many unique architectural qualites. Orignally constructed as the City Post Office it was later transformed into the current City Hall building. The building has along history for Palatka and has always been a center of attention. Today the City Hall windows along the main street through town have been bricked over due to traffic congestion and beautiful murals have been painted on them to enhance the asthetics of City Hall along Reid Street.
