This benchmark is located on the Northeast side of Plank Rd.(SR-86) and the North side of Stoneville Rd.(Cr-535) at the point where Stoneville Rd.(Cr-535) intersects with Plank Rd.(SR-86) in Windsor, OH. The mark is set in a concrete block, approx. 6 inches above ground and is stamped WDL 15 and 1958. The elevation stamped on the disk is 1044 feet, which matches the topographical map. There is also an orange witness post next to the block that say's survey marker.
