A Memorial Tribute
The citizen of Avondale Estates shall always remember the terrorist attack on the United States of America September 11, 2001.
With a sense of profound grief for the victims and heartfelt sympathy for the survivors and families of the victims.
With unbounded admiration for the courage of all the unsung heroes who risked their lives, and in many instanced gave their lives to save others;
With newfound pride in the united and resolute determination of the American people to do all that is required to preserve, protect, and defend our freedoms;
And with supreme confidence in our Republic and an abiding belief that its greatest days are yet to come.
Dedicated by the Avondale Estates Board of Mayor and Commissioners on this the 25th day of November, 2001.
